One less Vignette site

I hear via the Silent Penguin that NZoom.com will be using cocoon for their next version instead of vignette.

Now I’m someone who has worked with the stinking rathole that is vignette. I’ve suffered through it’s random misbehaviours, horrific toolset, untested ‘released’ code. I’m pleased to see one more organisation thinking carefully about what they do & don’t need from a CMS.

The fact that they chose open source is just great too.
